Legal

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 2026-10-10

This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

Who is responsible

Algoritha. Contact: info@algoritha.dev.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you write to us through the form we collect your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if it leads to a project, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, where applicable, the steps needed to enter into a contract. We keep the messages for as long as the conversation is open and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.

The form is delivered to our mailbox through a third-party form service acting on our behalf, which only handles the message in order to forward it.

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you: it records aggregated page views, the referring site, the browser and the country, derived from the request and discarded. No personal profile is built and no data is shared with advertising networks. Our legitimate interest in measuring the site's audience is the legal basis.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested URL) for security and operation, for a limited period.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies or use any local storage for tracking. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

Who we share data with

Only with the service providers that deliver the form, host the site and measure its audience, as processors acting on our instructions and never for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to it, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@algoritha.dev. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
